If you are experiencing any problems with MarcoPolo World School such as errors or strange behavior, please add as many details as possible about the issue such as:
Where in MarcoPolo World School does this happen? How often do you experience this issue? What device are you using to access the app and which model of the device is it?
The more details you can give us, the quicker we can help you. For Apple users, if you don’t know what model iPhone or iPad you have, simply look at the small writing on the back of the device and note down the number next to Model which will say something like A1549, A1701 or similar. To find out what version of iOS you have, please go to Settings, select General and click on Software Update.
